Your design order is completed in 5 easy steps:
Step 1: Email or phone - I am will be happy to help!
Step 2: Provide the following information:
a. Services needed: For example logo design, stationary design, etc.
b. Deadline for project, taking into account our margin for completion which is 4-7 days. (Rush is available for an extra fee)
c. Your company details: Such as name, address, email, phone, contact person, website address, etc. Please be ready to supply as much information as possible with regard to your business, products and/or services, company mission and more. This will help to construct your materials.
d. Design specifications: Do you have any preferences with regard to the style of the materials we will be creating? Is there a specific color scheme you wish to use?
Step 3: I will email you an invoice for the services requested, which may be paid through our secure Paypal service online. 50% of service fees are due upfront.
Step 4: Once initial payment is received, work will begin on your project and you will be provided with updates along the way. Two changes are included with each project.
Step 5: All necessary changes are made, designs are approved by you, other 50% is due and thereafter files are provided by email. If the file size is too large, a CD with files will be sent via USPS or UPS. (PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU NEED PRINTING ASSISTANCE)
Project is complete!
